Living life became more challenging for me.
More than it ever had in the past & living the life I desired was far from my reality.
Wasting time and energy became the norm & Frustration from lack productivity.
The Freedom in Change
There is a freedom that comes with change, and sometimes life wakes us up by presenting us with challenges that, although they are difficult, help us to get back on track.
About 5 years ago, I found myself struggling with sever exhaustion, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, and extreme anxiety. What really tipped me off that something was wrong is that I had an adrenal crash. I could not get out of bed for days. Of course, I knew none of this at the time. It took a lot of effort to figure this out.
I found out that I had major hormone imbalances... ‘n stuff. I learned that usually if there is one hormone out of wack, it is hardly ever an "a la cart" deal. During this discovery process, I realized that the severe stress & anxiety I had suffered from since early childhood, may have played a role in my current state. I knew I had to make a change if I wanted to change to happen.
AND THIS WAS IN NO WAY HOW I WANTED TO LIVE ANYMORE. THERE HAD TO BE A WAY OUT.
I've spent most of my life stricken with paralyzing anxiety in one way or another. Because of this, I have spent way more time than I should have 2nd guessing myself & not trusting my gut - not following any sort of life path because of fear
Then the research began. What do I need to do to make a change? I learned to focus my energy on my connection to nature, started yoga & tai chi, rebounding, limiting stress, reducing toxic load, supportive healing with essential oils and mindful focus on positive energy and gratitude.
And so the focus began in these areas and others, a little at a time, and things have really begun to turn around for me. I continue improve every day. I have way more good days than bad. The best thing is I have learned what works and what doesn't. That, in it's self. give me peace.
Seriously, IT IS as if I AM HIGH ON LIFE ON THE GOOD DAYS.
But some days are not easy. It is especially hard when others cannot see how I am really feeling or understand the struggle.
I have quit beating myself up over the bad days and quit telling myself that I am just lazy or not smart and never will succeed. It doesn’t help me and it won’t help you.
I just go with it and carry on…rest…eat better…drink more water… Tomorrow is another day. I don’t give up. I am competitive and will win.
These focuses and my knowledge, I feel could benefit many others. I think I have an obligation to share. Plus it make me happy to help.
I hope to change 100’s of lives but even if just one person benefits, I have succeeded.
I made a choice to give myself permission.
I finally gave myself permission to trust my instinct, find direction & purpose.
I gave myself permission to rest & be supportive of myself.
I gave myself permission to try to figure it out - to not give up.
What is the point of not feeling good and being unhealthy? If you do not have your health and you could change it, why not, right?
It's Not About Perfection
Don't get me wrong, I am far from perfect, & I still struggle with keeping on top of everything every day. Yes, I love my green smoothies & veggies. I even love to forage from my garden but I still fall short sometimes like everyone else. It can be a struggle but it is not even half as bad as it used to be. You know the phrase...I am sick and tired of being sick and tired? Well, I am so I push forward. I know what a good day feels like. So good!
My unique version of this works for me. I am a unique person. We are all different and should learn to value the differences.
I learned it’s not about perfection or deprivation though, it is more about education, balance & PERSEVERANCE.
Achieving What You Believe
Most of us can agree that natural is better, that a well-balance diet is essential, and that we must take measures to improve our mind and body connection.
Even though we have these beliefs, our actions do not always align with what we believe. It seems simple but it is not always easy.

A little bit more about me.
Certified holistic health coach (NOTE: put link to IIN here) ,certified essential oil expert (Affiliat link?) , owner / operator of Pet Sitting by Jenny, nature lover, chronic info gatherer and organic gardener.
I have submerged myself into the world of health and fitness for about 10 years. It all began when I became a vet tech long, long ago and then started my own pet sitting biz.
And, of course, one thing led to another, I transitioned my expertise into peeps as well and here I am.
Long story short and all that.
I AM EXTREMELY PASSIONATE ABOUT NUTRITION, HELPING WOMAN RECOVER FROM HORMONE IMBALANCES & overcome ANXIETY.
This is in addition to USING ESSENTIAL OILS SAFELY TO UP-LEVEL THE HEALTH OF EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY.
Pets are a big part of my passion as well.
I can not leave them out. They are family.
I have an amazing hubs of 17 years and two of the best furry little beast ever – Ollie and Buddy.
The best part of my day is spending time with the 3 of them.
I am a super introvert and love spending time at home. Johnny & I love those cats a lot. They are cute as heck.
I am here to help.
I truly want to help others find what works for them.
I want to help them feel like they are headed in the right direction.
Teach others what has worked for me & Pass along what I have learned.
