Welcome to Plants Pets People! I am Jenny B. My mission is to inspire you achieve your goals for living a healthier, happier, and more meaningful life. The best part of this mission is that it does not just benefits you, because when I am helping others, it helps me too!

While my love for nature, the power of plant based healing, and the importance of achieving a well-balanced mind, body, and spirit is not new - life became even more challenging for me than it had it the past and living a life I desired was far from my reality.

The Freedom in Change

There is a freedom that comes with change, and sometimes life wakes us up by presenting us with challenges that, although they are difficult, help us to get back on track.

I found myself struggling with sever exhaustion, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, and extreme anxiety. Although, I have suffered from anxiety since early childhood, I realized this was the way I wanted to live anymore. There had to be a way out. I began focusing my energy on my connection to nature, started yoga, rebounding, reducing stress, reducing toxins, using essential oils and mindful focus on positive energy + gratitude, that is available to us all. The energy we sometimes forget is present.

I began focusing on all these areas, a little at a time, and things have really begun to turn around for me. I continue improve every day. I have way more good days than bad. I mean it is like I am high on life on the good days. But some days are not easy especially when people cannot see how I am really feeling. I have quit beating myself up over the bad days and telling myself I am just lazy or not smart and never will succeed.  It doesn’t help me and it won’t help you. I just go with it and carry on…rest…eat better…drink more water… Tomorrow is another day. I don’t give up.

It’s Not About Perfection

Don’t get me wrong, I’m far from perfect, and I still struggle with doing all the thing I know I need to do. Yes, I love my green juices + smoothies all the food I get to forage from my garden but I am also a sugar addict-it’s a struggle. But it’s not about perfection or deprivation, it is about education and balance.

Achieving What You Believe

Most of us can agree that natural is better, that a well-balance diet is essential, and that we must take measures to improve our mind, body, and spirit connection. While me may believe this all to be true—our actions do not always align with what we believe.
